Head of Finance – Lead Financial Management & Transformation

About the role

You will partner with the CFO to ensure sound financial management across Swiss legal entities and international subsidiaries. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, allowing you to shape the financial performance and future growth of a fast‑moving data‑center business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning for all entities.
• Lead group consolidation, tax compliance and relationships with external advisors.
• Prepare and present financial reports to shareholders, the Board and lenders, ensuring timely and transparent reporting.
• Drive finance system implementation and continuous improvement, including ERP and reporting tools.
• Champion AI‑driven finance solutions such as automated forecasting, anomaly detection and reporting.
• Manage the accounting function, ensuring compliance with Swiss GAAP FER, OR and HGB.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or head‑of‑finance role.
• Experience in datacenter, real‑estate or infrastructure environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER, OR and HGB.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
