Head of Marketing – Lead Growth & Transformation

About the role

Open Systems, part of Swiss Post, is seeking a Head of Marketing to drive its transformation and growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build demand, and turn marketing into a measurable engine for commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Increase market awareness and strengthen positioning in key markets.
• Generate qualified pipeline and demonstrate clear ROI on marketing investments.
• Own messaging, positioning and value proposition, translating complex technology into customer value.
• Partner with Product, Sales and Customer Success to support launches and growth initiatives.
• Build a modern, AI‑enabled marketing organization, simplifying processes and improving efficiency.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing marketing team, fostering accountability and execution excellence.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Deep understanding of enterprise software, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, managed services or SaaS.
• Track record of leading organisations through change and delivering demand‑generation programs.
• Strong commercial mindset, business acumen and storytelling ability.
• Fluent in German and English.
