Head of Operations (Hybrid)

About the role

As Head of Operations you will shape and scale Optiml’s operational backbone, ensuring that systems, culture and processes support rapid growth. Working closely with the CEO, co‑founders and department heads, you will translate strategic vision into day‑to‑day operating rhythm.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement company‑wide operational processes covering HR, culture, administrative systems and governance.
• Drive alignment through OKRs, budget cycles and transparent reporting across all departments.
• Establish scalable performance‑management, compensation and internal‑governance frameworks.
• Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and ensure information flows are clear and efficient.
• Lead key initiatives, monitor metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience owning company‑wide operations in fast‑growing tech or SaaS environments.
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Track record of building high‑performance teams and fostering a culture of ownership.
