Head of Public Relations & Press

About the role

As Head of Public Relations & Press, you will define and drive the long‑term PR and press strategy for the Maison, aligning it with the brand’s vision and enhancing global awareness, desirability and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Maison’s PR & Press strategy across international, regional and local markets.
• Develop and manage the spokesperson programme, providing tools and guidelines.
• Create and oversee global and local ambassador programmes, identifying new A‑list collaborations.
• Engage the watchmaking community – influencers, media, collectors – and expand desirability to new audiences.
• Orchestrate high‑visibility moments such as red‑carpet events and premieres.
• Formulate press mapping, targeting, messaging and events; activate a worldwide network of journalists.
• Set and monitor KPIs for press performance across all markets.
• Lead a team of two, manage the budget and ensure efficient performance.
• Serve as the main contact for reputational risk and crisis management.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and regional teams to ensure local implementation of the global strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in public relations and press, preferably in the luxury sector on an international scale.
• Proven leadership, organisational and budget‑management skills.
• Strong ability to inspire and unite teams toward common performance objectives.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Extensive and influential press & PR network.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong project‑management capabilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
