Head of SAP Services – Lead S/4HANA Transformation

About the role

We are supporting a leading Swiss organisation through a major SAP S/4HANA transformation and need an experienced Head of SAP Services to own the SAP function and shape the future technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall SAP strategy, roadmap and service delivery model across Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Order‑to‑Cash.
• Lead, mentor and develop the SAP Services team and Business Analysts, establishing clear responsibilities, priorities and governance.
• Act as the senior SAP point of contact for business leadership, transformation stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Oversee SAP solution delivery, integration with CRM/Salesforce, and adoption of S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
• Drive standardisation, best‑practice adoption and clean‑core principles throughout the transformation.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading an SAP function or SAP Services team.
• Proven people‑leadership skills managing SAP professionals and Business Analysts.
• Strong SAP transformation background with deep knowledge of SD/MM, Logistics and Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Experience with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and integration of SAP with CRM/Salesforce.
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior business and executive level, fluent in English and German.
