Head of Supply Chain – Key Markets

About the role

As Head of Supply Chain for Key Markets, you will lead a high‑performing team of around 230 professionals across 24 markets, ensuring that Sanofi’s medicines and vaccines reach patients and customers efficiently. You will act as the strategic bridge between manufacturing sites and market operations, aligning supply‑chain activities with global business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Market Supply Chain team, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Define and execute market‑specific supply‑chain strategy in line with the Global Supply Chain roadmap.
• Partner with Global Business Unit leaders and Key Market General Managers to establish governance, align objectives and drive standardized excellence.
• Oversee all in‑market supply‑chain functions, including Customer Care, local 3PL management, Distribution and Demand Planning (IBP process).
• Represent Key Markets on the Market Supply Chain Leadership Team and drive KPI, budget and performance optimisation.
• Promote adoption of global tools and digital platforms (KINAXIS, ERP, EDI) and advance IBP maturity.
• Implement organisational changes, transformational programmes and route‑to‑market optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in supply‑chain or logistics within a multinational environment.
• Strong partnership skills with business unit leaders and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Track record of driving process harmonisation, KPI achievement and budget management.
• Commitment to building diverse, high‑performing teams and fostering talent development.
