About the role
Apple’s Human Interface Devices (HID) group is seeking a software engineer to build the infrastructure and solution patterns for sensor data processing algorithms that power interactive technologies across Apple products.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement production algorithm frameworks for new HID technologies.
- Collaborate with software, firmware, and algorithm engineers to create scalable, high‑quality shared libraries.
- Balance short‑term product cycles with long‑term roadmap development, leveraging GenAI where appropriate.
Required profile
- Strong C/C++ programming experience.
- Solid background in software architecture design, emphasizing maintainability and scalability.
- Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis abilities.
