High Watchmaking Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated High Watchmaking Operations Specialist to join our International Supply Chain team in Meyrin. You will ensure the smooth distribution of our high‑end timepieces across platforms, markets and boutiques, supporting strategic decisions with accurate performance and forecast analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational execution of distribution flows for high‑end pieces, including planning and coordinating deliveries and prototype novelties.
• Coordinate physical flows with group support functions and manage stock balancing, inter‑market transfers and product assortment in boutiques.
• Execute SAP orders and conduct statistical analysis on market sales to inform supply decisions.
• Develop deep product knowledge to support markets and coordinate special‑product deliveries.
• Assist in organizing Jaeger LeCoultre strategic events, ensuring product supply aligns with event schedules.
• Provide markets with KPIs, worldwide availability visibility and allocation data; prepare ad‑hoc analyses and project reports.
• Participate in transversal projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business administration or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, excellent organization and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

• SAP (experience/knowledge).
