About the role

An experienced and flexible housekeeper is sought for a private chalet in the Gstaad area. The role calls for strong housekeeping and laundry skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic household schedule, especially when the family is present and additional staff are on site.

Key responsibilities

Maintain high standards of housekeeping and laundry throughout the chalet
Support household operations; experience as House Manager is an asset
Be flexible to work additional hours when the family is present
Coordinate with extra staff during family visits
Keep up to date on the local area, suppliers and contractors
Drive confidently when needed for errands or family support

Required profile

Proven experience in private housekeeping
Strong laundry skills
Flexible, proactive and highly organised
Excellent discretion and professionalism
Fluent in German or English
Knowledge of the Gstaad area

What we offer

Live-out position, full-time (100%), long term
