HR Assistant (German-speaking)

About the role

A client of Manpower is looking for an HR Service Assistant to support end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle. The role covers accurate data management, coordination of payroll-related activities and acting as a contact point for employees across several locations. It is a full-time temporary position in the logistics and transport sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding, with accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, payroll interpretation, insurance and general HR questions.
• Maintain employee records across multiple HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, digital personnel files and time-tracking tools.
• Coordinate with the external payroll provider so that information flows correctly and payroll questions are resolved quickly.
• Ensure consistent service standards and compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations.
• Contribute to improving HR service delivery through efficiency and user-friendliness.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of German.
• At least 1 year of HR experience in Switzerland.
• Knowledge of Swiss labour law.
• Ability to work in a distributed HR environment and collaborate across locations.

Required skills

• High digital fluency and strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and commitment to data and process quality.
