HR Director

About the role

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, you will partner with leaders across Finance, Legal, Development, Construction and Operations to support the people and organisational needs of a rapidly growing international business. You will contribute to workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement and organisational initiatives linked to major expansion projects across The Bahamas and the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across multiple functions to support people‑related initiatives and business priorities.
• Support workforce planning and organisational changes linked to business growth and expansion projects.
• Contribute to talent management, succession planning and leadership development processes.
• Provide HR support for development, construction and operational projects throughout The Bahamas and the Caribbean.
• Foster employee engagement and help evolve the company culture as the organisation expands.
• Collaborate closely with MSC Cruises Cruise Division HR teams and Group HR Centres of Expertise.

Required profile

• Solid HR experience in a dynamic, international environment, covering talent, workforce planning and organisational change.
• Experience in complex, project‑driven or multi‑site environments, especially within businesses undergoing significant development or expansion.
