HR Operations Professional – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for an HR Operations Professional to support our Swiss legal entities in Zurich, Ticino (Bioggio) and Geneva, as well as other European locations. This 9‑month fixed‑term position involves end‑to‑end employee lifecycle administration and close collaboration with People Advisors and payroll partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR administration tasks across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, off‑boarding, work‑permit management and family allowance requests.
• Prepare employee documentation such as contracts, amendments, reference letters and work confirmations.
• Maintain employee data in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, including electronic file management.
• Provide support and advice to employees on HR queries and requests.
• Assist with payroll‑related activities and coordinate with the external payroll provider.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in HR Operations, payroll or generalist HR roles.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labour law, social security and immigration/work‑permit processes.
• Advanced MS‑Office skills and familiarity with HR information systems.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical abilities and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable, responsible and customer‑oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
