HR Specialist – Operational HR Shared Services

About the role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team. You will be the primary point of contact for operational HR topics, handling personnel administration and supporting both local and global HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for HR enquiries related to inspections, audits and day‑to‑day operations.
• Generate reports, compile statistics and assist HR Business Partners with recruitment, interview processes and training coordination.
• Perform local administrative tasks such as mail handling, document printing, invoice administration and onboarding support.
• Act as the liaison between HR Advisors and Coordinators, managing Tier 2 tickets via ServiceNow.
• Maintain the internal learning management system, update HR intranet pages and support time‑and‑attendance system administration.
• Participate in local and international HR projects, contributing to process design and optimisation.

Required profile

• Completed education in a commercial field, preferably with additional HR specialist training.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in human resources or personnel administration.
• Good understanding of labour and works constitution law is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Experience with HR information systems (HCM) and other HR‑related software.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms, particularly ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of time‑and‑attendance systems and learning management tools.
