HR Specialist – Switzerland

About the role

BYD Europe seeks an HR Specialist based in Zug, Switzerland to support its rapid growth across Europe. The role focuses on managing the employee lifecycle, fostering engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and off‑boarding processes.
• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution and HR policy guidance.
• Support talent acquisition by identifying staffing needs, participating in interviews, and advising on candidate selection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably as a generalist or specialist.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data analytics.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
