HRIS Product Owner

About the role

The HRIS Product Owner will lead the LIGO (Workday) team for MSF Operational Center Geneva, ensuring stable, user‑centred HRIS services that support the organization’s humanitarian mission.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for the LIGO (Workday) HRIS, managing roadmap and backlog aligned with HR strategic priorities.
• Ensure continuity, stability and quality of LIGO services, covering incident management, functional administration, integrations and releases.
• Lead user experience, adoption and change‑management activities, including training, communication and feedback collection.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary service delivery team, defining roles, priorities and escalation paths.
• Plan annual and multi‑year activities, monitor budget, and contribute to a sustainable resourcing model for the HRIS.

Required profile

• Significant experience in HRIS service delivery or product ownership, preferably with Workday in a post‑go‑live environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, operating models and digital HR services within humanitarian or non‑profit settings.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage roadmaps, backlogs, budgets and resource planning.
• Good knowledge of IT service management, application governance, data governance and security principles in shared‑tenant environments.
• Fluent in English and French; additional MSF languages are a plus.
