Human Resources Business Partner – Automotive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a fast‑growing international automotive organization. In this strategic and hands‑on position you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people initiatives with business objectives and helping shape a high‑performing, people‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on all people‑related matters, ensuring HR initiatives support business goals.
• Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning and talent management.
• Support managers with performance management, employee development and succession planning.
• Lead recruitment for key positions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with Swiss labor legislation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a strong company culture.
• Support change‑management and transformation projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and deliver insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR Administration and Finance to ensure efficient HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably in the automotive sector or a similarly fast‑moving international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and support organizational growth.
• Fluent in German and English; French and/or Italian are a strong advantage.
