IAM Engineer – Identity & Access Management

About the role

We are looking for an IAM Engineer to support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of identity and access management services. The role focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and secure access management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access recertification.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID services and integrations.
• Implement authentication and federation solutions using SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant access.
• Develop and automate IAM processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve IAM platforms and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IAM Engineer, Identity Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and federation technologies (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP).
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and access management best practices.
• Professional proficiency in English.
