About the role
Join Lonza's MSAT Mammalian team in Visp, Switzerland, for a 12‑month internship focused on process validation in both upstream and downstream operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support validation activities for USP and DSP processes, including protocol drafting and execution.
- Collect, organize, and analyze process data to ensure robustness and compliance.
- Collaborate with MSAT experts, manufacturing, QA, and QC during validation preparation and execution.
- Maintain GMP‑compliant documentation and assist in investigations of validation‑related deviations.
Required profile
- University student in engineering, chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology or a related field.
- Strong communication, teamwork, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
