Industrial Perfume Controller

About the role

Join Bvlgari’s Finance team in Neuchâtel as an Industrial Perfume Controller. You will partner with the Operations team and our Italian production partner to provide financial insight, drive performance improvements, and support cost‑optimisation across the perfume manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Update standard costs annually in line with IFRS and analyse production costs, variances and operational performance.
• Support the annual budgeting, rolling forecast and monthly closing processes, monitoring inventory valuation, stock obsolescence and related provisions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and performance scorecards for Operations and senior management, presenting analyses after month‑end close.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives through process simplification, automation and digitalisation using Power BI, SAP and other reporting tools.
• Act as a Finance Business Partner, advising operational decisions and identifying performance‑enhancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the production partner to strengthen financial visibility and embed internal‑control activities, supporting audit requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial controlling or a comparable role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, IFRS, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
