Industrial Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an Industrial Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain embedded digital solutions that power our solid‑state RF systems. You will work closely with RF engineers, the CTO and other developers to turn high‑power hardware requirements into reliable, secure software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop embedded firmware and applications using C, C++ and Python.
• Implement AI‑driven hardware security monitoring and protection mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate physical specifications into efficient code.
• Validate firmware performance in a high‑power RF laboratory environment.
• Conduct code reviews, security testing and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and ability to mitigate common vulnerabilities.
• Experience with authentication, authorization, encryption and secure API design.
• Hands‑on or theoretical experience with deploying neural networks on hardware.
• Proactive, comfortable with ambiguity and ready to own your code in a startup setting.
• Fluent English; French or German a plus.
