Über die Position
Als Informatiker/in – ICT‑Supporter/in unterstützen Sie die zentrale IT‑Abteilung des Kantons bei der Bereitstellung und dem Betrieb der gesamten ICT‑Infrastruktur. Die Stelle ist zu 100 % ausgeschrieben.
Hauptaufgaben
- Betrieb und Support von PC‑ und Laptop‑Arbeitsplätzen für die Verwaltung, Schulen und weitere Kunden.
- Wartung und Administration von Netzwerk‑ und Server‑Umgebungen.
- Management von Storage‑Lösungen und IT‑Security‑Maßnahmen.
- Unterstützung und Pflege von Unified‑Communication‑Systemen.
- Betreuung von Büroautomation sowie Fach‑ und e‑Government‑Anwendungen.
Anforderungsprofil
- Verantwortung für die stabile und sichere ICT‑Infrastruktur des Kantons.
Erforderliche Kenntnisse
