Information Security Engineering Manager

About the role

The Information Security Engineering Manager leads the design, deployment and ongoing management of security solutions across the organisation. You will coordinate with architecture, PMO, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure security controls align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers responsible for security solution design, data leakage prevention, IAM/PAM implementation and support.
• Define, enforce and maintain security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, IEC 62443) throughout the company and provide application security guidance to development teams.
• Manage the implementation of DLP, email security, cloud security, intrusion detection and other critical security projects.
• Coordinate cybersecurity projects with IT, infrastructure, architecture, legal and external partners, ensuring security involvement at every project gate.
• Drive remediation of Red Team/Pentest findings in collaboration with relevant teams.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of higher education in IT or engineering and proven experience in IT security and technical team management.
• Strong knowledge of data‑protection and identity solutions (PAM, IAM, CIAM) and workplace security tools (EDR, XDR, email filtering).
• In‑depth understanding of security architectures, cloud concepts and Zero‑Trust principles.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
