Inside Sales (m/f/d) 80–100%

About the role

Anton Paar is looking for a motivated Inside Sales professional to manage its webshop product portfolio and support customers across various industries. You will act as the technical point of contact, drive sales initiatives and collaborate closely with marketing and sales management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and sales support to prospective and existing customers via email, phone and online training sessions.
• Collect market and customer information, manage leads and prepare CRM reports and analyses.
• Develop and implement product‑specific sales campaigns in cooperation with Marketing and Sales Management.
• Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations and take responsibility for assigned markets and regions.
• Qualify marketing‑generated leads and hand them over to the field sales team.
• Actively acquire new customers during prospecting blocks and reactivate inactive customers.
• Ensure data quality in the SAP CRM system and continuously develop product knowledge.

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent commercial education.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably with technical or consultative products.
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent German, good English (minimum B2); French and Italian are an advantage.
• A positive, customer‑oriented and conscientious personality with ambition and strong team spirit.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically SAP CRM.
