Inside Sales Representative (All Genders)

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative at adesso Switzerland AG, you will be the primary driver for acquiring new clients and managing contacts across various industries. You will present adesso’s full portfolio of IT services, from strategic consulting to software development and operations, to decision‑makers in the Swiss market.

Key responsibilities

• Research and reach out to decision‑makers in target companies across multiple sectors.
• Act as the bridge between marketing and sales by evaluating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), nurturing them, and handing over Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to Account Management.
• Proactively contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn, building a deep understanding of their needs.
• Generate interest in adesso’s portfolio and identify concrete collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain long‑term, sustainable communication with target clients while working independently and remotely.

Required profile

• Strong sales personality with proven telephone‑based customer contact experience in the Swiss IT industry, including the Romandie market.
• Demonstrated success in cold‑calling and directly approaching companies.
• Confidence in handling demanding corporate clients and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and high personal responsibility.
• C1‑level proficiency in French and English; for Zurich, Bern, and Basel, C1‑level German is also required.
