Inside Sales Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will manage Lignetics’ network of distributors, dealers and retailers in the heating and bedding categories. You will execute structured outreach campaigns, maintain a defined book of business and reactivate lapsed accounts through phone, email and virtual meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns and handle inbound inquiries to maintain a consistent contact cadence across assigned accounts.
• Maintain accurate opportunity stages, activities and close dates in the CRM and provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly forecasts.
• Support order execution by confirming product availability, lead times, shipping requirements and coordinating with customer service, scheduling and operations.
• Conduct virtual customer touchpoints to build rapport, uncover needs and drive repeat business.
• Identify, prioritize and re‑engage dormant accounts, understand reasons for churn and present solutions aligned with Lignetics’ pricing and programming.
• Assist regional chain programs with promotional planning and follow‑through on customer commitments.
• Grow heating and bedding category revenue by recommending products, managing replenishment cadence and capturing seasonal demand.
• Analyze sales and customer data to prepare account reviews, identify gaps and recommend next actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inside sales or account management, preferably within B2B distribution.
• Ability to manage a defined book of business and meet activity‑based KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and forecast demand.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual and phone interactions.
