Instructional Designer – AI & Cloud Learning

About the role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to create impactful learning experiences focused on AI and cloud technologies for a global audience. You will design engaging digital content that helps individuals and teams develop practical skills in emerging technology fields.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve online courses that make complex technical topics accessible.
• Collaborate with product managers, technical experts, and creative teams to deliver effective educational programs.
• Conduct learning needs analysis and define clear learning objectives and course structures.
• Transform technical material into learner‑friendly content, including exercises, assessments, and resources.
• Work with production teams to create visual and multimedia learning assets.
• Review and enhance existing courses by evaluating cognitive load, difficulty level, and alignment with goals.
• Incorporate learner feedback and expert recommendations for ongoing quality improvement.
• Adapt learning materials for various audiences such as onboarding, professional training, and certification pathways.
• Maintain course documentation, improvement backlogs, and development processes.
• Apply modern instructional design methods and AI‑powered tools to increase efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar learning design role.
• Strong understanding of digital learning methodologies and ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Passion for education, technology, and creating high‑quality digital learning experiences.
• Ability to combine creativity, structure, and technology to build effective learning solutions.
