Instructional Designer

About the role

Nersio, an EdTech company focused on building an in‑house e‑learning platform, is looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for its clients. You will work closely with product, L&D, graphic design and IT teams to develop custom training solutions that improve learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end learning experiences from concept to delivery, using Nersio’s platform and authoring tools.
• Collaborate with L&D experts, graphic designers, developers and external partners to ensure high‑quality content.
• Present concepts and progress to clients, manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Adapt and iterate learning materials based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• Growth‑mindset with a passion for adult learning and storytelling.
• Strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Creativity and problem‑solving skills to design effective training.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint (MS Office)
• Articulate Storyline or comparable e‑learning authoring tool
