Insurance Sales Representative

About the role

THREE is a growing insurance provider that offers simple, comprehensive policies to small businesses. As an Insurance Sales Representative you will connect with owners, explain coverage options, and close sales to help protect their operations.

Key responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from small business owners and make outbound calls to leads who have applied online.
• Articulate THREE’s benefits, educate prospects on business risks, and tailor solutions to each customer.
• Overcome objections, collect required documentation for underwriting, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Maintain consistent shift availability as coordinated with your supervisor.

Required profile

• Active/current Property & Casualty insurance license.
• At least 2 years of sales or customer‑facing experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to work with urgency in a production‑based environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with professional software tools used in sales and underwriting processes.
