Intercompany Accountant

About the role

The Intercompany Accountant will support international group accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely intercompany transactions across multiple entities. You will work closely with local finance teams and Group Finance stakeholders in a fast‑paced, post‑IPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare end‑to‑end cost‑plus calculations, journal entries and period‑end reporting in line with intercompany agreements.
• Perform monthly profit‑and‑loss and quarterly balance‑sheet reconciliations using NetSuite, investigate discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain reconciliation trackers, support external audits and internal reviews, and document SOX‑related controls.

Required profile

• At least five years of accounting experience, preferably in intercompany or general‑ledger accounting within an international organization.
• Strong analytical ability to work with large financial datasets, identify root causes and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a collaborative mindset for working across time zones.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables).
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
