Intercompany Project Manager – 50‑100%

About the role

Eurofins is looking for an Intercompany Project Manager to supervise and coordinate customer projects that involve subcontracted analytical services across the Eurofins Group. The role combines project planning, client interaction and quality assurance to ensure timely, GMP‑compliant delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise customer projects with subcontracted analytical services within the Eurofins Group.
• Plan and organise project deliverables together with partner laboratories.
• Collaborate in the preparation of quotations and upsell analytical services to existing and new clients.
• Map and configure projects in the eLIMS system.
• Ensure commissioned analytical work is performed correctly, on time and in GMP‑compliant manner.
• Approve analysis results and reports.
• Provide scientific support for ongoing projects and contribute to acquisition of new projects.
• Guarantee accurate and timely billing according to agreed terms.
• Drive general process optimisation and further development of the GMP laboratory site.

Required profile

• Completed Bachelor or Master studies in life sciences (Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology).
• At least 2 years of experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, preferably GMP).
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Very good understanding of IT and Office applications, ideally with LIMS experience.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Team player, committed, responsible and reliable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English; French is an advantage.
