Intern – Blended Finance Team (6‑9 months)

About the role

The Blended Finance team designs impact investment strategies that combine public and private capital. This internship supports fund management activities, investor reporting, and research to help achieve financial and impact goals.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual investor reporting, business planning and strategic reviews.
• Prepare materials and coordinate inputs for Board, Advisory Committee and due‑diligence meetings, including slides, minutes and follow‑up actions.
• Assist in tender processes for new funds by drafting bidding documents, impact theses and KPIs.
• Support coordination of technical assistance facilities linked to existing funds.
• Contribute to research studies and publications to position BlueOrchard as a thought leader.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the final year or recent graduate of an internationally recognized university or business school.
• Strong interest in impact investing, blended finance and PPP funds.
• Previous internship experience in consulting, banking or asset management.
• Excellent project management and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English; French or German is a plus.
