Intern E-Business & Trade Marketing – Switzerland & Austria

About the role

Join the House of Dreams as an Intern in E‑Business & Trade Marketing, supporting Dior’s retail performance and online presence across Switzerland and Austria. You will work closely with marketing, retail and digital teams to help create exceptional customer experiences in the luxury beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support the coordination and implementation of website content pages and maintain the online product catalog.
• Update visual merchandising and integrate new products into the e‑commerce platform.
• Develop innovative online activities to boost sales and foster customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with local retail partners to drive brand presence and sales initiatives.
• Design planograms for fragrance, makeup and skincare lines to optimise product placement.
• Conceive and execute in‑store events and influencer trainings to create memorable brand experiences.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility across all touchpoints, including visual displays and in‑store communication.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Digital Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Practical experience gained through internships or working‑student roles in marketing, retail or related areas.
• Creative mindset, strong initiative and a collaborative team spirit.
