Intern – Financial Compliance Support Unit

About the role

The Intern – Financial Compliance Support Unit will assist the Financial Compliance and Support Unit in strengthening financial compliance processes, digital initiatives and operational support services across IOM. The role offers hands‑on experience in compliance monitoring, policy advisory, and the implementation of intelligent automation tools, while developing analytical and communication skills. Interns will work with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and gain exposure to regulatory compliance in a multinational environment.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related degree program.
• Proficiency with office software packages, especially Microsoft Word and Excel, and basic data‑analysis abilities.
• Fluency in English (oral and written); additional UN language knowledge is an advantage.
