International Brand Marketing Manager for Burger King & Popeyes

About the role

Join RBI’s International Marketing team to lead brand, communications and food initiatives for Burger King and Popeyes across EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions. The role is hands‑on, managing projects from brief through production and market hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key Burger King and Popeyes marketing projects, including Cornerstones, Creative Councils, brand campaigns and activations.
• Build clear briefs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and agencies to develop bold creative work.
• Develop and roll out marketing toolkits that enable local markets to communicate brand messages effectively.
• Translate cultural, social and consumer insights into compelling brand stories and initiatives.
• Own project plans, budgets, timelines and approvals, keeping teams aligned and mitigating risks.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in marketing, consumer communications, agency work or similar roles within FMCG/CPG or QSR.
• Proven ability to manage integrated marketing projects from brief to market hand‑over.
• Experience working with agencies, regional teams, franchisees and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Authorized to work in Switzerland.

Required skills

• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
