International Finance A&P Controller

About the role

As a member of Cartier’s International Finance team, you will report to the Head of Strategic Projects & A&P Controlling and act as a trusted partner for markets, marketing, and communication teams. You will influence strategic choices by providing data‑driven insights on advertising and promotion (A&P) investments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor monthly performance across multiple markets, analyse variances versus plan and improve forecast reliability.
• Partner with market and central stakeholders to understand A&P consumption and define corrective action plans.
• Coordinate the annual budget, quarterly re‑forecasts and monthly forecasts in line with Maison HQ and Group Finance guidelines.
• Deliver ad‑hoc global analyses such as celebrity contract overviews, campaign ROI, and high‑jewelry event cost analyses.
• Provide financial guidance to optimise resource allocation and support strategic decision‑making.
• Serve as the primary contact for tax‑related topics linked to A&P activities.
• Support the development and migration of financial tools, including moving from Power BI to Looker.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive meaningful conversations.
• Experience in international controlling and financial performance monitoring.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
