International Finance A&P Senior Controller

About the role

The International Finance A&P Senior Controller will support the Head of Strategic Projects & A&P Controlling within Cartier’s International Finance team, driving financial performance and steering advertising and promotion investments across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive accuracy in financial reporting and provide critical insights on advertising and communication expenses.
• Monitor monthly performance across multiple markets, analyze variances versus plan, identify risks and opportunities, and enhance forecast reliability.
• Partner with market and central stakeholders to understand A&P consumption and define corrective action plans.
• Contribute to the coordination of the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly forecasts in line with Maison HQ and Group Finance guidelines.
• Deliver ad‑hoc global analyses to support strategic decisions (e.g., celebrity contracts, campaign ROI, high jewelry events cost analysis).
• Provide financial guidance to optimize resource allocation across the Maison.
• Act as a key point of contact for markets and headquarters on tax‑related topics linked to A&P activities.
• Support development and enhancement of financial tools, including migration from Power BI to Looker and rollout of new A&P control processes.
