About the role

Join a leading independent insurance brokerage that specializes in international health insurance for affluent private clients and corporate customers. As an International Health Insurance Account Manager you will deliver first‑class service to a global client base, handling policy administration, claims, pre‑authorisations and annual renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international health insurance customers as their primary contact.
• Ensure smooth execution of annual policy renewals.
• Process claims and coordinate pre‑authorisation requests.
• Support Client Advisors with administrative tasks.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and uphold the firm’s market‑leader reputation.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and German with professional written and spoken communication.
• Experience in the health insurance sector or willingness to undergo structured onboarding.
• Eligibility or willingness to obtain FINMA registration as an independent insurance broker.
• Self‑motivated, organised and solution‑oriented.
