International Leisure Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic International Leisure Sales Manager to join Fairmont Le Montreux Palace. In this position you will leverage deep knowledge of our luxury property to create unforgettable travel experiences, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of international accounts, including luxury travel advisors, tour operators, consortia partners and strategic clients.
• Drive business development in feeder markets such as the US, GCC, UK, Europe and Asia.
• Quote, negotiate and finalize contracts while ensuring rate integrity and optimal pricing in collaboration with Revenue Management.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, conventions, sales blitzes and promotional events to increase market exposure.
• Plan and execute targeted sales trips, generate qualified leads and monitor market trends, competitor activity and geopolitical factors.
• Maintain accurate account information and follow up on leads within a 24‑hour response window.
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies based on market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international sales within the luxury hospitality or travel sector.
• Strong ability to build and nurture relationships with high‑value clients.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to travel frequently to key markets.
