International Product Training Manager – Premium Cosmetic Brand

About the role

We are seeking an experienced International Product Training Manager to represent our premium Swiss cosmetic brand worldwide. You will design and deliver engaging training experiences for partners, beauticians, hotel spas, and distribution teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute national and international training programs (on‑site and online).
• Create training materials, concepts, and presentations covering product knowledge, ingredients, treatments, and sales techniques.
• Provide professional product, ingredient, and treatment training to partners and clients.
• Coach and support trainers, beauticians, hotel spa staff, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams.
• Represent the brand at international events, trade shows, and training sessions.

Required profile

• Completed education as an aesthetician, skincare specialist, dermatologist, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience as a trainer, training manager, or educator within the cosmetics industry.
• Strong expertise in skincare, ingredients, and professional treatment concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work independently.
