International Trainer – Food Safety & HACCP Workshop

About the role

The BMSC Center seeks an experienced international trainer to lead a six‑day practical workshop on food safety, quality management and international standards in Geneva. The role focuses on delivering interactive, case‑based training to a diverse audience of food industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive 6‑day workshop covering FSMS, modern HACCP, ISO standards implementation, auditing, monitoring and risk management.
• Facilitate real‑world case studies and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
• Adapt training materials to meet European best practices and international requirements.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback throughout the program.

Required profile

• Extensive professional experience in food safety, HACCP, ISO standards or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering international training programs and workshops.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Lead Auditor, HACCP, ISO 22000 are advantageous.
