International Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an International Trainer to represent Nescens, a Swiss luxury skincare brand, by delivering high‑performance facial and body treatments and educating spa partners worldwide. The role combines hands‑on product application with comprehensive training for therapists and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Perform exclusive facial and body treatments using Nescens cosmeceutical formulations.
• Train and support spa partners, therapists, and clients on product usage and treatment protocols.
• Lead workshops, product launches and training events to showcase Nescens’ expertise.
• Ensure consistent treatment quality across the partner network and elevate the client experience.
• Represent Nescens at professional events, conferences and industry trainings.

Required profile

• Certified Beautician or Aesthetician with proven spa industry experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver product and treatment training.
• Passion for skincare and science‑driven cosmetic innovation.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
