Investment Advisory Analyst / Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Analyst / Associate to support our investment advisory team in private equity real estate fundraising. You will act as a central liaison with international sales units and external partners, handling investor inquiries and contributing to the creation of compelling fundraising materials.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage due‑diligence processes for private equity real‑estate fundraising.
• Serve as the primary interface with international sales teams and external partners, responding independently to investor queries.
• Create, plan, and prepare fundraising presentations and materials in collaboration with product managers.
• Analyse market, competition and transaction data to inform investment and sales decisions.
• Assist in building financial models, business plans, and perform Excel‑based calculations for complex real‑estate investments.
• Monitor market activity alongside sales units and participate in investor discussions.
• Develop presentations and decision documents for internal committees and external investors.

Required profile

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, business administration or real‑estate studies.
• Minimum two years of experience in asset management, investment consulting, investment banking or investment management, ideally within private markets.
• Proven ability to create presentations and decision‑making documents for senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in building complex financial models and using standard valuation tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, high numerical affinity and result‑orientation.
• Business‑fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Resilient, flexible, well‑organized with excellent time‑management skills.
• Proactive, precise, independent and team‑oriented work approach.
