About the role

EQT is seeking Investment Professionals Associates for its European platform. The role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle across private capital, infrastructure, real estate and healthcare strategies, working alongside partners and senior investment professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence, financial analysis and commercial assessment of potential investments.
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate company performance and value‑creation scenarios.
• Prepare high‑quality investment materials and support decision‑making throughout the investment process.
• Collaborate with investment teams, portfolio‑company management, advisors and external stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and assist with strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Participate in market research and sector analysis to identify new opportunities.
