iOS Product Engineer

About the role

Mobility is looking for an iOS Product Engineer to join its headquarters in Rotkreuz and help shape one of its most important customer touchpoints – the native iOS application. You will work in a cross‑functional product team, collaborating with UX designers, backend engineers, QA specialists and product managers to deliver a high‑quality mobile experience for thousands of users across Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve the native iOS app using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Design and implement new features in close partnership with UX, product and engineering teams.
• Participate in the full product lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate backend services, SDKs and third‑party components while ensuring performance, stability and maintainability.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, release processes and contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with mobile developers across other product streams to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Help evolve the app architecture, quality standards and overall user experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience developing native iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks, especially SwiftUI.
• Experience integrating SDKs, third‑party libraries and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2/C1) – mandatory.
