ISA/Necker Operator (Production)

About the role

The ISA/Necker Operator is responsible for producing finished cans according to specifications while minimizing waste and material usage. The role requires independent error detection and correction, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment.
• Perform quality checks and analyse measurement data.
• React immediately to out‑of‑spec measurements or tests.
• Conduct follow‑up checks and inform the shift supervisor of recurring issues.
• Document deviations and corrective actions on the shop floor.
• Resolve machine disturbances.
• Carry out regular cleaning tasks.
• Perform and document lubrication and maintenance activities.
• Assist on maintenance days and line change‑overs under guidance.
• Support other teams with extra shifts on Fridays.
• Observe occupational safety, hygiene, fire and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Basic German language skills (spoken, reading, writing).
• Good eyesight and robust health.
• Experience in production environments with shift work.
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a backend team.
• Strong comprehension of overall backend processes and upstream operations.
