IT Business Manager – Zurich

About the role

EXTIA is looking for an IT Business Manager to lead and grow its Zurich agency. You will be the primary driver of new client acquisition, manage a team of consultants, and own the profit and loss of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio in the IT and digital consulting sector.
• Recruit, interview, and match consultants with client projects.
• Lead, motivate, and retain a team of consultants, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee the full P&L of the Zurich agency, driving commercial results.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for challenges.
• Master’s degree in engineering or business.
• 1.5–2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in German, French, and English; Swiss German is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial skills and desire to manage a P&L.
