IT Business Manager – Zurich

About the role

EXTIA is looking for an entrepreneurial IT Business Manager to lead and grow its Zurich agency. You will be the driving force behind client acquisition, project delivery, and team development, reporting directly to the Swiss Director.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of IT consulting projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, handling recruitment and matching consultants to client needs.
• Oversee the P&L for the Zurich agency, ensuring profitability and growth.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• 1.5–2 years of experience in a commercial or business development role within IT or consulting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to achieve ambitious targets.
• Fluent in German, French and English; Swiss German is a strong advantage.

• Ability to manage a full P&L.
