IT Consultant – Project Manager Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT Consultant to lead and deliver strategic infrastructure projects for a leading private banking organization. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives covering data centres, networks, servers, virtualization, storage and collaboration platforms, ensuring they align with business priorities and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multiple infrastructure projects simultaneously.
• Define scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resource plans.
• Prioritise and govern the project portfolio based on capacity, risk and strategic objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, procurement and third‑party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress, manage risks and issues, and report status to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, IT governance frameworks and architecture standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 8–10 years managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while controlling budgets, timelines and resources.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector and familiarity with related regulatory requirements.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and strong ITIL knowledge are highly desirable.
