IT Governance / Enterprise Architect

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Governance / Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of a modern governance framework for a large‑scale IT organization. The role will ensure alignment with strategic objectives, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of a COBIT‑compliant governance model for enterprise IT.
• Analyse current strategies, processes, and organisational structures.
• Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, and processes across stakeholders.
• Establish KPIs, steering mechanisms, and compliance monitoring systems (data protection, information security, IT standards).
• Develop a detailed roadmap with measures, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Prepare and deliver documentation and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance on digital transformation, cloud adoption, and IT modernisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT governance and enterprise architecture.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT 2019.
• Successful track record in strategy development and governance for IT service providers.
• Extensive experience in public administration or large‑scale organisational environments.
• Strong background in digitalisation and cloud technologies.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and align governance with strategic goals.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
