About the role

Julius Baer is looking for an IT Infrastructure Solution Architect to translate business and technical requirements into resilient, secure, and innovative IT architectures. You will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business needs with technological excellence in a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure requirements into clear architecture and design documents.
• Ensure every solution complies with internal architectural standards and guidelines.
• Serve as the first point of contact for projects on infrastructure and middleware topics.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end flow of infrastructure tasks across teams and departments.
• Collaborate with suppliers to integrate delivered capabilities into the overall architecture.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of IT architecture experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong background in infrastructure, security, performance or capacity management.
• Proactive, independent work style with a strong sense of ownership.
• Business‑aware with the ability to bridge technical solutions and business needs.
